Are all prices per person?
Yes, our wedding packages are priced per person.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes! Minimum orders for wedding packages is $1,000 dollars. This minimum is pre-tax, pre-delivery charge, and pre-service fee.
What additional charges are there beyond the price per person?
Taxes, service charges, and delivery charges do apply.
Our service charge is 18% for all wedding parties.
All caterings, whether drop off or full service, will be charged a delivery charge which includes return trip for retrieval of our items. Please make sure all of our items are present, as they are being loaned to you for your event and we will have no choice but to charge you for any non-returned items, or extraordinary waiting times that sometimes occur when an event or meeting runs late. . Here is the pricing structure for our delivery charges:
San Marcos, as well as Western and Central Escondido: $20.00
CSUSM- $25 (due to higher costs of doing business on campus, parking permits, etc.)
Vista, outlying Escondido, La Costa, Rancho Bernardo, Eastern Carlsbad, Eastern Oceanside $25
Coastal Carlsbad, Oceanside, Encinitas, Carmel Mountain, Poway, Valley Center, Del Mar $30
San Diego, Coronado, Fallbrook, Temecula, Ramona, etc $45+ depending on distance

Is the package pricing for buffet or plated?
Prices reflected are for buffet style.
It is suggested that groups of 35 people or more retain the services of our servers to help change out hot pans, serve your guests and facilitate the buffet.
Can I mix items from different package tiers?
You can select items from previous tier levels to mix and match with your package.
Is set-up time included?
Two hours of setup time will be included in your quote, from set and ready time to pickup. If you need extra time and don't already have servers added to your party there will be an additional 30 dollars per hour.
Do you provide disheware and cutlery?
Price includes high quality plastic disposables, and thick paper napkins. Real china and other rentals available to rent ask us for a quote or see the section entitled "Rentals" on the main menu under services.
When do I need to provide a final head count?
Final counts required 72 hours before your event.
Are payment plans available?
We require a deposit of 50% to save the date of your event. The remainder of your balance is due in full the day of your event.
