All prices are per person. Minimum order is 500 dollars Sunday-Friday, Saturday minimum order is 1,500 dollars with a pickup and drop off service included. Two hours of setup time will be included in your quote, from set and ready time to pickup. We charge a 15% service charge for all parties, our service charge contributes to the back-end costs that go into producing an event aside from the food itself. Some examples being:  tastings, meetings, site visits, insurance certificates, gas, vehicle rentals, extra trips, uniform costs, and breakage.  If you need extra time and don't already have servers added to your party there will be an additional 25 dollars per hour. Price includes high quality plastic disposables, and thick paper napkins. Real china and other rentals available to rent ask us for a quote or see the section entitled "Rentals" on the main menu under services. Prices reflected are for buffet style. It is suggested that groups of 35 people or more retain the services of our servers to help change out hot pans, serve your guests and facilitate the buffet. Please see the section entitled "Servers" on the main menu under services. Tax and delivery charge to apply. Delivery charge includes return for retrieval of our items. Final counts required 72 hours before your event. Make sure you make a deposit of 50% to save the date of your event. Full payment due day of event. Classic Medley of zucchini, squash and carrots
lightly buttered and herbed.
Fresh cut Green Beans
plain, Almondine, or with shallots and bacon.
Steamed Broccoli
and/or cauliflower with Hollandaise sauce on the side
Baby Carrots
steamed with light herbs and butter OR glazed with brown sugar, lemon and dill.
Roasted Root Vegetable
beets, carrots, parsnips, turnips, yams, potatoes, roasted with a hint of maple and sage
Sautéed Bitter Greens
Swiss chard, Mustard and Collard Greens sautéed with shallots and garlic.
Corn on the cob
(seasonal): Steamed and served with butter. (or grilled onsite if your catering already has a grill…)
Butternut Squash
roasted and glazed OR mashed with cream and a hint of pure maple syrup.
Stuffed Acorn Squash
with peas, onions and dried cranberries.
Asparagus bundles wrapped in Prosciutto $1.50 extra per person
