Main Course Catering Menu

Carving Stations are a great way to impress your guests and give them a little control of their portions. They are also versatile in that they can be combined with a few appetizers to “beef up” any party or combined with a few side dishes to make a complete meal. Price includes carving staff as necessary for 2 hours. Extra hours billed accordingly. The first price you see under each choice will be the “A la Carte” price (as an "add-on" to other packages) The second price is the price with all the accompanying side dishes to make a full meal. All prices are per person. Minimum for any single carving station is 20 people for full meal. Minimum for "Three Kings" carving station is 60 people for full meal.
