We recommend this for just about every event. Looks and tastes great with seasonal fresh fruit slices: melons, pineapple, grapes, assorted berries, kiwi, mango etc.
A step above the basic with many nicely displayed assorted hard and soft cheeses, brie, goat cheese, etc, with plenty of cracker varieties for spreading. (see deluxe Meat and Cheese platter in Level 2 appetizer section)
Assorted chopped raw and slightly blanched veggies, with peppers, broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, asparagus, etc with our famous homemade buttermilk “ranch” dressing for dipping. (see Silver Platter Veggie Tray in Level 2 appetizer section)

Our traditional nachos, with warm tortilla chips, homemade cheese sauce, chopped onions, jalapenos and black beans, but much heartier with the addition of grilled chicken, and steak as well as guacamole.
(best made on site in small batches) Penne pasta in a slightly spicy Alfredo sauce, with grilled chicken, sautéed mushrooms and onions, and topped with Parmesan cheese. Finally getting this on the menu after doing it for dozens of clients!
